If you are reading this post, you are probably experiencing quarantine, or self distancing, as some call it in a nicer way. Italy has been the first Western country affected by Covid-19, and I started feeling quite anxious in places like restaurants, bars, and stores weeks before my country had its first local case of what was still called coronavirus. On January, 31 two Chinese persons who were vacationing in Italy were found positive to Covid-19 so, despise the reassurance of the government, I was sure the virus was among us. Unfortunately I wasn’t wrong.
Like probably many of you, I’m scared and sometimes I hardly believe I’m living such experience. I’m scared about the future and I miss my projects, my dreams, my hopes.
So I asked myself how to blog in times like these. Clothes, shoes, trends… does it make sense? What should I write about? I’m trying to figure it out what’s best for We Believe in Style and for those who read it. I don’t want to be superficial, I’ve never been, and I want this blog to keep on being a place full of beauty and style.
I hope I’ll keep you company. As Martin Luther King said “we may have all come on different ships, but we’re all on the same boat now”.
