September has always been one of my favorite months, because it leads to autumn, my favorite season (together with spring).
This year, autumn will inevitably be different because we are still in the middle of the pandemic. Some said that when everything is uncertain, anything is possible. It’s true, after all. So I hope that anything will be possible, for you. And for me, like finally move to a new apartment, which I still have to find!
I decided to write this post because I thought that the first of September needed one, to try to start off on the right foot.
These are some inspiring words, music, and style ideas I have in my mind, now.
Discipline is something I need, now, because I have the bad habit of procrastination and I easily get distracted, if I’m online. As a lover of quotes, I find these two particularly motivating.
Did Abraham Lincoln ever say something that wasn’t inspiring?
When I’m sad I often listen to this song by Placebo. “All it takes is one decision, a lot of guts, a little vision to wave your worries and cares goodbye”.
Speaking about fashion, I would like to add to my closet some pieces, like boots with heels high enough to make me fell like I’m wearing heels, and steady enough to make me comfortably walk. I’d like something I could wear with leggings and maybe skirts (I wrote maybe).
These booties by Miista are so beautiful, I still have a thing for faux crocodile accessories.

Talking about skirts, it seems that denim skirts will be going strong next fall. I’d like to have a pencil skirt to wear with pretty sweatshirts, knitwear or blazers.
I like this one by H&M, which would be much longer, on me!

I also like this one, by H&M too.
